Brazil’s cannabis scene is evolving fast. A few years ago, prohibition ruled. Now, patient groups, science-minded entrepreneurs, and grassroots associations are building something powerful from the ground up.
“Brazil is compressing decades of change into just a few years,” said co-founder Artur Caldeira, also known as Xico Beloteiro. “We launched BCB here to honor the country’s energy, community, and future.”
